SpainReady is a service operated by an autónomo based in Badalona, Barcelona, Spain. SpainReady helps English-speaking people planning a move to Spain find the right service providers for their situation, including immigration lawyers, tax advisors, and other professionals.

What data we collect

When you submit our visa readiness quiz, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your answers to the quiz questions (visa route interest, timeline, financial situation, location)
• Technical data such as browser type, device information, and advertising identifiers (used to measure how our ads perform)

Why we collect it and the legal basis

We collect your data based on your consent, given at the point of submission. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Assess which service providers may be a good fit for your situation
• Pass your details to one or more vetted English-speaking service providers in Spain who may contact you to discuss your situation
• Contact you directly via email and SMS with information relevant to your move to Spain, including immigration, tax, and legal services that may be relevant to your situation
• Measure and improve the performance of our advertising

Who we share your data with

We share your data with the following categories of recipients:

• Service providers in Spain — vetted partner firms including immigration lawyers, tax advisors, and other professionals who may contact you regarding your situation
• Funnel and lead capture platform — used to collect and process your quiz responses
• CRM and communication platform — used to store your data and manage contact sequences
• Lead distribution platform — used to route your details to service providers
• Advertising platforms — we share limited conversion data to measure ad performance

We do not sell your data to third parties outside of this context. We do not share your data with parties unrelated to your Spain move inquiry.

International data transfers

Some of the third-party platforms we use are based outside the European Economic Area. When your data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on those platforms' compliance with applicable data transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless you ask us to delete it.
