SpainReady is a referral and matching service operated by an autónomo based in Badalona, Barcelona, Spain. We help English-speaking people planning a move to Spain find relevant service providers, including immigration lawyers, tax advisors, and other professionals.

By using our website or submitting your details through our quiz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

What SpainReady is and is not

SpainReady is a referral service. We are not a law firm, tax advisor, or any other type of regulated professional service. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or immigration advice of any kind.

Any information published on our website or sent via email is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. For advice specific to your situation, you should consult a qualified professional directly.

How the service works

When you submit your details through our quiz, we assess your situation and may share your details with one or more vetted service providers who may be a good fit for your case. Those service providers may then contact you directly.

We do not guarantee that:

• You will be matched with a service provider
• Any service provider will take on your case
• Any particular outcome will be achieved in connection with your visa, residency, or any other matter

The relationship you enter into with any service provider is solely between you and that provider. SpainReady is not a party to that relationship and has no responsibility for the services they provide.

Our vetting process

We take reasonable steps to work with reputable service providers. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the quality, suitability, or conduct of any service provider we refer you to. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any professional.

Communications

By submitting your details, you agree to be contacted by SpainReady via email and SMS, and by service providers via email, SMS, and phone. You can opt out of communications from SpainReady at any time by emailing [email protected] or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpainReady is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
